An active over 55 community  is the last of the Dell Webb built resorts, built from 1996 – 2002,  has appx 10,000 homes and 2500 condos on 4000 acres.  It offers a full range of resort style activities, including 2 rec centers, 4 pools (one indoor)  4 championship golf courses with food and beverage service, a golf shop, tennis courts, pickleball courts, lawn bowling and bocce ball, 45 chratered clubs incl. arts and crafts (photo, painting, pottery, crafts) , and over 800 classes to enroll in,  a softball field, woodworking, dog parks, a day spa and more plus restaurants and snack shops.   It is appx 20 miles west of Scottsdale.
